I absolutely adore this picture. It is one of the few shots that were taken displaying the vast size of the legendary San Francisco Sutro Baths, the world’s largest indoor swimming pool establishment. The building withholding these colossal pools burned down in 1966 and was hence forth closed down. This incredible piece of history can still be seen today, but as ruins of what once was a huge piece of San Franciscan history. Drive to SF and remember to walk, not run, around the pool!
